 What the hell is it with people who can't pull their vehicles up to the ticket machine at the city parking lots? Jesus Christ. How long to you have to drive before you can pull up close enough to grab the ticket? My coworker Jan believes it has to do with people being too fat and unable to turn the steering wheel.
